We need to collect the information requested below for the purpose of assessing your membership of BruMusic, distributing any payments that you are entitled to receive from our licensing activities, and for closely related business purposes.

• review of your application;

• maintenance of royalty distribution to members in the event of successful application;

• circulation of news on music issues and events. If you wish to opt out, please contact us; 

• provide information to third party contractors that provide services or perform functions on our behalf;

• provide information to overseas collecting societies that have reciprocal agreements with us in order to collect and distribute payments;

• identify and locate right holders;

• publication of a schedule of copyright owners that have authorised us to grant licences on their behalf. If you wish to withhold information from publication, please notify us in writing;

• publication in industry directories or alike. If you wish to withhold information from publication, please notify us in writing;

• provide information as permitted or required by law; and

• any other purposes with your consent.
